Life is good in NC this year . . . Ginger the Dog is in her 8th year and is quite happy that summer is finally over - she loves the cooler fall temps. Polly's year of breast cancer treatment is now a full year behind us, and she is doing very well - including having ridden our two-week trip in the Utah Canyon Lands back in June (when we spent a little time with Rick's clan).
Primarily, we go to work and go back home, but we spend time with Amy and friends, and we ride as much as possible (usually on weekends) with our HOG friends.
We enjoy seeing our regular visitors: a herd of deer (including a beautiful buck), red foxes, raccoons and possums, and, of course, the occasional skunk. Ginger hasn't figured out the black/white warning signals yet, and has been skunked now 3 times. Hopefully, one day, she will get a clue and leave the poor little guys alone . . .
We're going into the holiday season now and hope to hear from as many in our family as possible. Please get in touch or keep in touch.

Wow! You have got to be the Hottest Aunt and Uncle I have! I spent the weekend with Rick and family, and they said what a great time you all had. I am sorry we couldn't swing it this time, hopefully next time. I did get to spend an evening with Tom and Sheila when they passed through. They are wonderful people, and I wish we had more time. It's great to see you two. check out our blog and see what has been happening!!!

Love Angel and family!!!!!

I miss you guys sooooooo much! I'm glad things are going well for you. Any plans on making it closer to Oregon any time in the next year or two? Maybe we should plan somewhat of a family reunion. I would LOVE for the boys (and David) to meet more of our family.

I'm so thankful to hear that Polly is doing well. I'm sure its a fantastic feeling to know its been a year in the past.

Love you!!!
